2016 MBA Achievement Award Recipients Announced Parade of Homes' Peoples Choice Awards Revealed
(Waukesha, Wis.) October 4, 2016 - The 2016 Parade of Homes builders and other members of the Metropolitan Builders Association (MBA) were honored on September 30, in front of an enthusiastic audience of nearly 300 during the MBA's Achievement Awards ceremony held at the Silver Spring Golf Club.
The 2016 MBA Achievement Awards honored individuals and companies who have excelled in the past year. MBA members submitted entries for best remodeling projects, advertising campaigns, and nominate sales staff to receive the industry's newest award, The Emby.

Best Associate Salesperson - Ryan Krueger, L.H. Krueger & Son, Inc.
Best Remodeling Project, $50,001-$150,000 - Kitchen Remodel by S.J. Janis Company, Inc.
Best Remodeling Project, $150,001-$250,000 - Residential Addition by S.J. Janis Company, Inc.
Best Remodeling Project, $250,000+ - Whole House Remodel by Bartelt. The Remodeling Resource
Best Advertising Campaign - Belman Homes, Inc.
Best Website Design - Belman Homes, Inc.
The ceremony also honored the builders of the 2016 Parade of Homes, and also included the Parade People's Choice Awards, which were determined by votes from the people who visited the Parade of Homes.

This year's Parade of Homes had nearly 30,000 visits to the subdivisions. It is one of the highest per site visit averages since 2004. It featured 20 homes from 16 of Southeastern Wisconsin's most experienced home builders in two subdivisions - Windrush in the Village of Hartland and Weyerhaven in Menomonee Falls. Homes showcased the latest interior and exterior design and decorating trends, new and sustainable building techniques, and leading-edge home technologies.
