2020 Parade of Homes

August 15 - September 7, 2020
The 2020 MBA Parade of Homes sites have been selected (pending the developer’s securing a minimum of 5 vacant land offers to purchase by October 18, 2019). The sites for 2020 are:
  • The Preserve at Harvest Ridge, Lisbon, WI  developer - Neumann Companies
    • Conditional approval - site must be ready and building permits available by December 2, 2019
    • 9 lots proposed
    • Price point for lot/parade home at completion $600,000 - $900,000
  • Ryanwood Manor, Phase II, Franklin, WI  developer - Neumann Companies
    • 8 lots proposed
    • Price point for lot/parade home at completion $500,000
    • New audience for attendees
  • Aero Park, Phase II, Menomonee Falls, WI  developer - Westridge Builders
    • 10 lots proposed
    • Will hold an additional 5 lots if needed
    • Price point for lot/parade home at completion $600,000 to $1,100,000
