MBA Spring Tour Showcases Building, Remodeling, Condos and Land
(Waukesha, Wis.) February 6, 2012 – The Metropolitan Builders Association (MBA) has announced that the 2012 MBA Spring Tour will run weekends April 14-29, from noon to 4 p.m.
This FREE scattered-site tour will feature more than 50 new homes, remodeling projects, condominiums, and lots. The addition of remodeling projects in this year’s tour makes it the only event of its kind in Wisconsin. They will be featured the second weekend only, April 21-22.
The three-weekend event looks to draw thousands of visitors from all over Wisconsin. Because it is the only extended exhibition of its kind in the state, it gives Milwaukee residents a unique opportunity to realize their dream home.
This event helps kick off the spring remodeling and building season, and connects consumers with the area’s leading contractors.
“After years of a slow economy, the home building and remodeling industry is feeling recovery. The MBA Spring Tour opens the doors of great projects, inspires those on the fence about building or remodeling, and finds them the right people for the job,” said Kristine Hillmer, executive director of the MBA.
A complete list of projects and map will be available online at MBASpringTour.com.
