MILWAUKEE, WI – (July 7, 2009) John Stoker and Daryl Prusow of The Victory Companies, a newly formed holding company, announced today that they have acquired limited assets of J. Anthony Homes for an undisclosed purchase price.
The primary asset is the name “J. Anthony Homes” which will now be marketed by The Victory Companies as J. Anthony Homes & Designs, LLC, along with the other two brands the holding company represents – Victory Homes of Wisconsin, Inc. and Allan Builders, LLC.
The acquisition provides The Victory Companies with a stronger presence and the opportunity to expand its customer base in southeastern Wisconsin. The acquisition of limited assets also frees The Victory Companies from any prior financial obligations of J. Anthony Homes while retaining brand recognition and market awareness.
