Why Build Now: Financing Your Future
(Waukesha, WI) February 11, 2009 – On Thursday, February 19th at 6:00 p.m., the Metropolitan Builders Association will offer over 25 consumer seminars throughout the metropolitan Milwaukee region titled, “Why Build Now: Financing Your Future.” The Metropolitan Builders Association has partnered with member banks, credit unions, and mortgage companies to provide consumers a convenient way to learn how to finance your next project and what makes now a great time to build.
Consumer's interest in the economy and credit availability has increased substantially because of the changing conditions in the national market. These seminars are being offered to provide a variety of options for the public to learn about the state of our local market, benefits of building now, and what has truly changed in credit availability.
These various seminars will cover the following:
- Overview of the Building Process
- Local Economic Conditions
- Benefits of Building Now
- Credit Availability and Financing Options
“Why Build Now: Financing Your Future” is the second seminar of the MBA’s 2009 free consumer education series.
