The Metropolitan Builders Association (MBA) Spring Tour, runs Saturdays & Sundays from Noon to 4:00 p.m., April 27 – May 12, 2019. Visitors can tour 49 new homes and one condominium scattered throughout Ozaukee, Walworth, Washington, and Waukesha counties.
This FREE regional-site tour celebrates April as New Homes Month and is expected to draw thousands of visitors from all over Wisconsin who are thinking about building or remodeling. The Spring Tour is the only extended open house of its type in Wisconsin and kicks off the home building season and connects consumers with the area’s leading residential building contractors.
Collectively, the MBA Spring Tour sites showcases a wide array of home building trends, including the latest concepts in floor plans, energy efficient products, fixtures and appliances, structured wiring, home automation, security systems, and interior design.
Visitors will find every style on the 2019 Tour. Some homes will be professionally decorated and meticulously landscaped, while others will showcase only the builder’s attention to detail leaving you to imagine how you could personalize your own place.
In addition to the already amazing lineup will be a handful of past Parade of Homes models including Parade sites in Fox Meadow in Menomonee Falls; Four Winds West in Hartland; Hidden Hills in Sussex; and Lake Country Village in Summit.
