Best of the Best Named at the Parade of Homes Awards Dinner

(Waukesha, WI) – August 28, 2007 – Every year judges converge on the Parade of Homes sites to determine the homes most worthy of awards for their overall appearance, landscaping, and interior decorating. The public also cast their votes for their favorite rooms during the first week of the Parade. On August 27th, the award winners were announced at the Parade of Homes Awards Dinner at the Country Springs Hotel.

Overall Appearance

Grand Award – The Carlisle, Korndoerfer Development, Racine
Honor Award – The Autumn Hill, Wolter Bros. Builders, New Berlin

Interior Design

Grand Award -The Madeira, Alesci Homes, Inc., Milwaukee
Honor Award - The Carlisle, Korndoerfer Development, Racine Korndoerfer Development, provided their own interior design services.

Landscape Design

Eight Green Built and ENERGY STAR certified homes equipped with the latest trends and techniques in new home construction are open for your viewing pleasure through September 7th. All sites are open Monday through Friday from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. and weekends and Labor Day from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Admission is $10 at the gate or $8.00 at discount ticket sellers.
