2008 Building Science & Design Conference Keeps Industry Professionals on Cutting Edge

(Waukesha, WI) – January, 2008 – The Metropolitan Builders Association’s Building Science & Design Conference celebrates its seventh year as the premier trade show and educational conference for the Wisconsin housing and remodeling industry. Held Wednesday, February 20th at the Country Springs Hotel & Conference Center at 2810 Golf Road in Pewaukee, this event is designed to give industry professionals an opportunity to stay current with the latest trends and products that are changing the industry.

The Building Science & Design Conference combines four break-out educational sessions offering 16 educational courses with a trade show featuring more than 35 exhibitors. This combination makes it easy for attendees to not only learn from notable local, state, and national speakers, but also see some of the newest industry products and services from manufacturers across the nation firsthand. The conference runs from 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., with registration and the trade show open at 7:00 a.m.

The Conference has been approved by the Department of Commerce for 6 hours of continuing education; MBA members pursuing their CCP certification will receive 8 hours of credit. MBA member pricing for the conference and trade show is $100 before February 13th and $200 February 14th or later. Non-members can attend for $150 before February 13th and $300 February 14th or later.
