The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is a not-for-profit trade association whose primary goal is to keep housing as a top national priority. NAHB is comprised of over 190,000 members, who together employ over eight million Americans. NAHB actively promotes policies that help provide and expand opportunities for all Americans to have safe, decent, and affordable housing. In addition, NAHB works hard to enact pro-housing legislation and pursue regulatory and judicial changes that have a positive impact on the nation's building industry.
NAHB 20 Clubs
The National Association of Home Builder’s ‘20 Club’ is set up to be a “Board of Directors” for your company made up of other Club members from around the country. With your fellow 20 Club members, you’ll experience the sort of open discussion you’ll never have with the competition down the street about cost controls, increasing your margins, management structures, advise or ideas from similar companies as yours from around the country. The clubs are made up of 20 members from non-competing markets around the country. The clubs are paired according to type of company (builder - custom, production, small volume; remodeler; and land development); number of units produced a year and dollar volume. You can access further information and the application to get started at www.nahb.org/20clubs. Contact Chris Slye at email@example.com or by phone at 202-266-8241 for additional information.
