The MBA’s Spring Tour of Homes, Condominiums & Land has celebrated the beginning of new home construction season in the Milwaukee metropolitan area for 20 years. For the second year in a row, the MBA will join forces with the Racine Kenosha Builders Association (RKBA) to bring you Southeastern Wisconsin’s Largest Open House. Whether you are looking for a condo or starter home, a larger home for your growing family, or moving up to a home with more amenities, your quest for “home” should begin at the Spring Tour of Homes & Condominiums.

“The diversity of the projects in the tour makes the Spring Tour of Homes & Condominiums an outlet that everyone can enjoy,” said Metropolitan Builders Association Executive Director Chellee Siewert.

Explore new homes and condominiums in a wide variety of communities. This year the Tour has grown to include lots and land available in the metro Milwaukee area. There are over 80 projects on tour in a wide variety of communities, built or developed by 44 different companies. The tour will highlight 4 different condominiums, 54 different single family homes, 24 lots/subdivisions, including 2 featured developments. Projects are scattered throughout Waukesha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine, and Jefferson Counties.
