This FREE tour runs Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4:00 p.m.

 The MBA’s Spring Tour of Homes & Condominiums has celebrated the beginning of new home construction season in the Milwaukee metropolitan area for 18 years. Whether you are searching for an elusive four bedroom home or a quaint condominium, your quest for your home should begin at the Spring Tour of Homes & Condominiums. “The diversity of the projects in the tour makes the Spring Tour of Homes & Condominiums an outlet that everyone can enjoy,” said Metropolitan Builders Association Executive Director Matt Moroney. 

Explore new homes and condominiums in a wide variety of communities The 2007 Tour is the largest ever featuring 92 projects in a wide variety of communities, built or developed by 44 different companies. The tour will highlight 22 different condominiums and 70 different single family homes. Projects are scattered throughout Waukesha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine, and Jefferson Counties.
