The Metropolitan Builders Association’s Spring Tour of Homes & Condominiums has celebrated the beginning of new home construction season in the Milwaukee metropolitan area for 17 years. Whether you are searching for an elusive four bedroom home or a quaint condo, your quest for the ultimate home should begin at the Spring Tour of Homes & Condominiums.

The 2006 Tour is the largest ever featuring 89 projects in a wide variety of communities, built or developed by 51 different companies. The tour will highlight 25 different condominiums and 64 different single family homes. Projects are scattered throughout Waukesha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, and Jefferson Counties.

“The diversity of the projects in the tour makes the Spring Tour of Homes & Condominiums an outlet that everyone can enjoy,” said Metropolitan Builders Association Executive Director Matt Moroney. “Prices range from $125,900 for a 1,526 sq. ft. home to $1,400,000 for a 10,000 square foot home. From city living to wooded seclusion, the options are simply incredible.”
