2005 Spring Tour of Homes & Condominiums
to be Largest Annual New Home Tour in Milwaukee Area
The Metropolitan Builders Association's Spring Tour of Homes & Condominiums has celebrated the beginning of new home construction season in the Milwaukee metropolitan area for 17 years. Whether you are on the prowl for an elusive four bedroom or are craving a home with a mouth-watering gourmet kitchen, your quest for the ultimate home should begin at the Spring Tour of Homes & Condominiums.
The 2005 Tour features 83 projects in a wide variety of communities, built or developed by 40 different companies. The tour will highlight twelve different condominium communities, 1 land development, and 70 different single family homes. Projects are scattered throughout Waukesha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine, Jefferson, and Walworth Counties.
Bonus rooms, mudrooms, curved walls, arches, screened porches, and 10' ceilings are a testament to the changes in new home design. The projects on the Tour offer these features and more. With sizes ranging from 916 sq. ft. condominiums to a 5,500 sq. ft. lake home, prices in the 2005 Tour start in the $150,000 range and reach all the way up to $2,495,000.
In a surprising twist, the 2005 Tour offers nearly the same amount of ranch homes as it does two-story models. This breakdown assures true variety for home buyers with a distinct preference.
"The diversity of the projects in the tour makes the Spring Tour of Homes & Condominiums an outlet that everyone can enjoy," said Metropolitan Builders Association Executive Director Matt Moroney. "From city living to lakeside luxury, the options are simply incredible."
Every project is included in the complimentary Spring Tour of Homes & Condominiums Guide. This valuable reference guide is a resource that many attendees hold on to so they have future access not only to MBA builders, but also the distinctive homes they build.
If you are on the hunt for the excitement that can only come from building a new home, don't miss the 2005 Spring Tour of Homes & Condominiums. This free tour runs from April 16th though May 1st with models open from noon to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
