Parade of Homes Award Winners Announced
Come see 30 fully decorated and landscaped homes showcased in three beautiful subdivision in the 2006 Parade of Homes. The annual new home event is hosted by the Metropolitan Builders Association and is the longest running Parade of Homes in the nation.
“This year’s Parade of Homes marks our 61st year of building excellence in Southeastern Wisconsin,” said Metropolitan Builders Association Executive Director Matt Moroney. “As the premiere showcase for new home construction, the Parade of Homes features the latest in design trends, technology, and innovative building practices.”
Set to run from August 19th – September 10th, the 2006 Parade has expanded to three subdivisions this year. In the City of Mequon, Cobblestone Woods, developed by Insight Development Group, will host six Parade models well in excess of one million dollars. Builders with homes in Cobblestone Woods include James Craig Builders, JFK Desgin-Build Inc., Lifestyle Homes of WI, LLC, Victory Homes of Wisconsin, Inc., Winfield Homes, LLC, and Woodhaven Homes & Realty, Inc.
There will be two Parade sites this y ear in the city of Waukesha. Rolling Ridge South, developed by Harmony Homes, Inc. will host eleven homes. A variety of builders will have their model homes on display including
