Bill Baesemann
Bill Baesemann, founder of Kings Way Homes, has been building award-winning homes in southeastern Wisconsin for nearly 35 years. In 1992, he saw a niche in the new home market that was being underserved by other area builders. Moderately-priced homes were almost completely devoid of character and architectural interest. He established Kettle Creek Homes to serve this market, delivering an affordable home with a fresh, exciting floor plan, and elements of the great architectural design and details found in a Kings Way home.
The results have been stellar; Kettle Creek Homes, together with its parent company, have won more MBA design awards than any other homebuilder in the history of the Parade of Homes. Vac Homolka, Director of Design and part owner, describes the Kettle Creek vision: “We’ve proven that an affordable house can also be exciting, innovative and ahead of the design curve. Our theme is ‘Exceptional Design. Exceptional Value’ and we always deliver generously on both counts.”
Kettle Creek Homes has also revolutionized the way homes are customized, making this luxury much more affordable to homeowners. There are two ways to customize with Kettle Creek: customers can meet directly with Vac Homolka and make modifications to an existing plan or to make that napkin sketch a reality. Or they can customize with one of Vac’s pre-designed options to get the features they want. These exciting options have already been designed, priced, and implemented into each specific floor plan, providing value while creating the home you’ve always dreamed of. Pre-designed options include a sunroom, an additional bedroom, 3-car garage, finished lower level and more.
