Bill Baesemann, founder of Kings Way Homes, has been building award-winning homes in southeastern Wisconsin for nearly 35 years. In 1992, he saw a niche in the new home market that was being underserved by other area builders. Moderately-priced homes were almost completely devoid of character and architectural interest.
