Craig A. Rakowski, President and Owner

Craig is President and majority shareholder of James Craig. He is a CPA with over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Because Craig is an accountant, your budget and our communication to you about allowance items is of utmost importance. Craig believes strongly that you should know what you are building, and how much it will cost you before you sign a contract to build. He also works hard to marry the home and lot, to provide the best value for you. Craig was the 2003 Metropolitan Builders Association Associates Choice Winner. He served as President of the MBA in 2005, and has spent many years as Chairman and member of the Construction Arbitration Board of the MBA. In 2005, he was the recipient of the Rising Star award for the Wisconsin Builders Association.
