Lower Level

The finished lower level is our favorite place. Where else can you add an amazing amount of footage to your home for about half the price of adding it upstairs? The finished lower level is a place where you can be yourself; whether it’s watching a game, scrapbooking, or just hanging out with friends. Lower levels are easy to maintain. You only need to heat them when you want to, you rarely need air conditioning, and the best part is you don’t have to clean them unless company is coming over! This is why we feel the finished lower level should win the favorite space contest.
