This year's tour will feature projects from some of the areas best design-build remodeling professionals, and NEW THIS YEAR, it will also feature a new concept - MAKEOVER POTENTIAL!

Along with the usual wonderfully remodeled homes you are used to seeing on the Tour, there will also be a series of existing real estate listings that will feature creative remodeling concepts! From bathroooms, to kitchens, to lower levels... see the makeover potential in homes that already exist right where you want to be.

This scattered-site tour features remodeling projects & Realtor listings with conceptual make-overs that range in scope from full house remodels to bathrooms, kitchens, lower levels, 2nd story additions and more. These projects allow attendees to get up close and personal with the quality offered by a variety of MBA remodelers. It’s the perfect place to see different design solutions that have worked in a variety of homes.

The MBA Remodelers Council will once again be collecting food donations. You will receive $2 off the admission price with the donation of two non-perishable food items (not valid on discount ticket purchases).
